CYPET MACHINE MODELS
The versatility of the Cypet process arises from the fact that it can be implemented in many combinations of cavity layouts, number of cavities and size of injection machine, to satisfy the required output and container size.
Cypet Technologies has already implemented the Cypet process on three machine models, using the following three cavity layouts:
• One row of 1, 2 or 4 cavities: Best suited for small production outputs of large bottles up to 20 litres capacity and jars with large neck openings up to 145 mm diameter.
• Two rows of total 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 cavities: Suitable for medium outputs of a wide diversity of containers, from miniature to 10 litre bottles and jars of neck diameter up to 120 mm.
• Three rows of total 18 or 24 cavities: Ideal for high output production of bottles up to 2 litres capacity and jars with neck openings up to 83 mm diameter.
Three machine models are now available commercially, with the following production capabilities:
Depending on the bottle capacity or the jar neck diameter to be produced, the number of cavities that each of the three machine models can produce, is provided in the machine selection tables below, to assist with the choice of the most suitable Cypet machine for the production requirements:

Future machine developments include the commercialization in the short term of FULLY ELECTRIC versions of the K 16 and K 28 Cypet machine models and in the medium term of an additional machine model, the Cypet H 53, which will employ two horizontal stretch blowing stations (instead of one vertical), achieving four and six rows of cavities, with 12, 16, 24, 32, 36 or 48 cavities.
